Мультирегиональные модели общего равновесия: подходы к построению и круг решаемых задач

Аннотация

Вычисляемые модели общего равновесия дают возможность количественно анализировать различные аспекты экономической политики. Мультирегиональные модели общего равновесия позволяют ответить на широкий круг вопросов торговой, налоговой и экологической политики, таких как оценка последствий вступления в международные торговые организации, введения или устранения торговых барьеров, реформ налоговой системы, пенсионной системы, введения ограничений на выбросы углеродов. В статье обсуждаются теоретические аспекты построения таких моделей, а также представлен обзор основных прикладных мультирегиональных вычисляемых моделей общего равновесия.
