Formation of the Innovative Clusters in Italy: Toscana Region

Abstract

N the article the phenomen of the clusters, their role in the formation of the innovative economy is defined. The main factors & main tendencies of the development are determined. The main peculiarities of the cluster policy in Toscana are analysed. On the example of the high-technology clusters the connection between innovative clusters & university education is defined.
