Peculiarities of Political Struggle in the Formation of Regional Parliamentarism in Modern Russia

Abstract

The aim of the study: to study the specificity of political struggle in the formation of regional parliamentarism in modern Russia.

Research methods: problem-theoretical, chronological, systemic, historical-comparative.

Results: proposals for the creation of an effective regional parliamentarism have been developed.

Conclusions: at this stage of development, regional parliamentarism is in the process of formation. However, some trends, in particular the use of corporatism mechanism, adversely affect the effectiveness of the system.
