The Influence of Middle Managers on the Strategy of the Company: Dynamic Approach

Abstract

The paper presents a theoretical evidence and description of the dynamic model of strategic impact of middle management in the organization. This model is based on the ideas about changing roles of middle managers in strategic development organizations. The paper discusses the new competence of managers, developed within the discourse and context paradigms of organizations, theoretically argues dynamic model of strategic influence managers, which can be used to the manager’s initiative evaluation at any level of management.
