Elimination of Districts in 1930 and Crisis of Mega-areas (on the Example of Central Black Earth Region)
Abstract
In the article reform of system of administrative-territorial division in the USSR in 1923-1930 is analyzed. The role of a district link in a control system of the region on the example of Central Black Earth Region, and value of elimination of districts for destiny of a regional link -mega-areas is defined.
