Improvement of System of Vocational Training of the State Civil Servants of the Russian Federation
Abstract
In the article problems of the developed system of vocational training are considered and the conclusion about need of the changes answering to new calls, approaches to managements and competence of public servants is drawn. The purposes and problems of such improvement are considered, new approaches to the organization of training and its contents are offered.
